At Karen's house, we added a bigger more enjoyable seating area next to the pool and built an outdoor room about 22'x12'. The total usable space added here was over 800sq ft!

I also installed a wood burning fireplace with a gas log lighter, tiled
around the perimeter, and installed a rough sawn cedar mantel.

This whole addition was done by Outdoor Living. Your looking at
the sunroom here, loaded with French doors and large windows in the
gable.
Around the sunroom we wrapped it with deck for some outdoor
furniture. In the left side of the picture is the garage they
we built with several windows in it as well.

Here is a side shot of the garage and sunroom. The garage
has a one large door and a pair of French doors, along
with a small pergola supported by columns.

guests. |

With a tile floor, high ceilings, and walls covered in windows,
you really
get a sense of being in a wider/bigger room than it is. |
