Since we are moving into computer aided drafting, I would like to showcase some of my pieces.

16x24 arbor with outdoor fireplace and stone work.

Here is the model that I made for Bill and Donna.  We are going to build a 16'X25' screened in porch with a fireplace, and 16'X12' stone patio with a bar/grill setup. The knee wall going around the perimeter will have some more trim added to it.

Here is Mark's house.  Our proposed addition is to build out from the house with screened in walls and then angle back to the upper roof.

And here is how we are planning on accomplishing this.

And I can't leave out my house!  Here is the building lot.  I was just waiting to finish up Richard's screened in porch above to start my house.

In order for me to build an attached garage, I had to get permission from the county to extend the structure out past the building envelope.  Here is my model showing the building envelope and how much I am wanting to go past it.  The model also shows the front porch extending all the way to the end of structure.  Later, I decided to stop the porch at the point where the garage starts.

And here she is!  All finished, all done by Outdoor Living!

Here is Bill's house.  He wanted to use his existing patio and just build a roof over it.
